Vic’s Casual Dining: Experience Authentic Italian Cuisine in a Family-Friendly Atmosphere

Great food!! I especially enjoyed the chicken with vegetables. We had some meat balls as an appetizer and that was phenomenal. Only thing that can be improved is the bread that is given when you sit down and order. It’s basic white bread with no dipping olive oil or even warm spreadable butter at a minimum.

One of our favorites! Great Food at a fair price. This has certainly become one our top go to restaurants when desiring delicious food. Have learned to make reservations to get in as everyone else has found out about it also. Highly Recommend

Stopped here for the first time tonight on a whim and we are so glad we did! We had the lasagna and chicken picatta and it did not disappoint. The red sauce is hands down the best I have ever had at any Italian restaurant. Thankfully, we also took dessert to go - the lemon blueberry marscapone cake was chefs kiss! Last, but certainly not least was our server, Charlie. He was patient and helpful as we made our decisions and recommended some great choices. This will be a consistent date night spot!

I dont give many 5 star reviews if at all, but Vic's definitely earned it. Cindy B was super attentive and had great suggestions. From the bruschetta appetizer (so good it was gone before a picture was taken) to the carmel apple pie dessert, the meal and service were impeccable. We split the rack of pork (huge portion chops) that were honestly some of the best pork chops I've ever had. The village salad upgrade is recommended as well as the house dressing. I highly recommend Vic's for a fine dining experience. You may want to make a reservation in advance and ask for Cindy B.....bon' appetit

We got the Chicken Piccata over pasta and the Tortellini Gambari con Broccoli. They both were fantastic!! The shrimp was amazing and so were the sauces on both dishes. The service was friendly and the place is SO charming. Loved the minestrone soup with bacon and the house salad had delicious dressings! They also give you bread with excellent house made marinara sauce. We got the apple pie for dessert and it was perfect. Not overly sweet, just right. I’d be happy bringing anyone to this restaurant.

This place has a very homelike comfy setting. Cindy was our server and was exceptional! Sge was very knowledgeable about the menu and gave us some great suggestions. The food was all 10/10. From the spinach artichoke dip to the filet mignon and chicken parm. Will most definitely be back to try other dishes. Thank for the great experience!

The ambiance was amazing, the food was incomparable! Cindy, was such a delight from pairing wine flavors, getting anything extra we needed and just over all kind . Words can’t explain how delicious the food was the desert and the desert tray set it off ! It was top rated in Southgate for our first time coming we were ecstatic thank you again Cindy!!

Never have been here. So it was a chance to experience how very busy this little restaurant can get. The food was delicious. I would recommend a return visit just to be sure.
